The Large is 20% bigger with a longer strap, reinforced straps built to be twice as hard-wearing as the Medium, and an extra outer zipped pocket.

Not sure? Most customers who are buying it as their everyday bag go for the Medium. If it's for travel or you carry a lot, go Large.

Is it heavy when it's empty?
No. It's canvas, not leather, so it stays light even in the Large size.

Will the strap hurt my shoulder?
The strap is wide rather than a thin cord, which spreads the weight instead of digging in.

Can I clean it?
Yes — a damp cloth handles most marks. Don't put it in the washing machine.

Does it fit a laptop?
Both sizes take a 14" laptop or tablet comfortably.

What if I order the wrong colour or size?
